Nutrition
Forms 50%-60% of the muscle building equation. Using your BMR, Lean Body Mass, TDEE and body type we'll calculate your nutritional needs as the quantity will dictate whether you gain, stay the same or lose weight. Eat too little and you'll lose weight, eat too much and you will gain unhealthy unsightly fat. We'll then establish your Macronutrients - protein, fats and carbohydrayes. No mindless bulking here, we want you to gain lean muscle mass!
Exercise
We'll assess your body type at our initial consultation, this will give us a clearier understanding of your needs and whether we need to prioritise your training to improve on lagging body parts like chest, arms etc.. Also, the amout of cardio necessary to get ripped.
Our Trainers will then put together a bespoke progressive overload resistance training plan which will change periodically to prevent plateau, or muscle confusion as it's sometimes referred to.
