Who is the Total Body Transformation program for and whats involved?
This program is predominantly (but not exclusively) for the over 50’s.
Why? Personally I’m not impressed with seeing 20 to 30 year olds (largely male) grace the covers of virtually all of the fitness magazines on the market today, with fitness advice generally targeted at that demographic! It’s easier to get into shape when you’re in your 20’s and 30’s for obvious reasons. What does impress me is seeing someone in their 40’s, 50’s or even 60’s with a six pack and toned physique. It requires greater effort, energy and dedication.

You will train for 5-6 days per week and under my instruction for a minimum of 2/3 sessions per week for the 90 day duration, this ensures adherence to the program also detailed monitoring of your progress.
