90 Day Total Body Transformation

Who is the Total Body Transformation program for and whats involved?

 

This program is predominantly (but not exclusively) for the over 40’s.

 

Why? Personally I’m not impressed with seeing 20 to 30 year olds (largely male) grace the covers of virtually all of the fitness magazines on the market today, with fitness advice generally targeted at that demographic! It’s easier to get into shape when you’re in your 20’s and 30’s for obvious reasons. What does impress me is seeing someone in their 40’s, 50’s or even 60’s with a six pack and toned physique. It requires greater effort, energy and dedication.

 

Whether you’re 40 – 70, male or female, fit or unfit, we can transform your body.

 

It's our aim to help you build a lean strong athletic body.

 

The program will involve:

 

  • Full consultation on your requirements.
  • Body composition assessments.
  • Strategy to transform your body in the shortest possible time.
  • Structure your workouts around your busy schedule.
  • Bespoke customised workouts to suit you.
  • Advice on the best exercises to achieve the look you want.
  • Exercise tips to prevent injury, joint ache (resistance training is scientifically proven to alleviate the symptoms of arthritis).
  • Best types of cardo that burn fat and maintain muscle mass.
  • A nutrition plan for a stronger leaner body.

 

The program requires commitment, dedication, consistency, intensity, but above all a positive mind set. You will train for 5-6 days per week and under my instruction for a minimum of 2/3 sessions per week for the 90 day duration, this ensures adherence to the program also detailed monitoring of your progress.
