Body of Work Personal Fitness situated in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
At Body of Work we provide specialist Personal Fitness and Nutrition Training for clients of all ages. We also extend this service to large and small organisations who would like to take a proactive approach in improving the health and well-being of their staff.
Whether the goal is simply to lose some weight, build muscle, tone up for a special occasion, have better energy levels or manage an existing health condition we can put together a customised training program and nutrition plan for you so we can reach your goals together.

We are highly experienced and qualified Advanced Personal Fitness Trainers and registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) which is a public register that recognises the qualifications and expertise of health-enhancing exercise instructors in the UK.
REPs provides assurance and confidence to the public and employers that all professionals on the Register are appropriately qualified and have the knowledge, competence and skills to perform their role effectively.
In Feburary 2016 we were appointed as Freelance Specialist Consultants for the UK's largest Weight Management company, offering health and fitness advice to
the local community.
On a personal level I sympathise/empathise with those who are struggling with their fitness/health endeavours - I've been there! I wasn't born with great genetics, my personal transformation was a direct result of regular exercise and a healthy diet.

For many years now I have been working as an independent advanced professional Personal/Clinical Trainer. I am extremely focused, motivated and patient. But at the same time I will not hesitate to push my clients to their limit, so clients leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and closer to their goal.
I see myself as an Academic Personal Trainer who "walks the talk". For me it's about educating my clients, explaining the benefits of exercise, health, fitness and proper nutrition. Nothing is left to chance, everything is structured and easy to understand.
Our Goal is to provide a personally designed program and strategy that works for you. That goal is achieved with a simple combination of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise combined with a healthy eating plan. The people we work with want simplicity and results, and that's what will work for you.
